Yes, because there's opportunity cost even if there's no accounting cost. At the expense of Asian refugees no less.
Sometimes I think that Policy School has managed to just arm me with updated jargon to make me more clever.
And Rachel, I miss you like crazy. I should buy my tix to SF asap.
